Q: How and why did you start the business?

During my junior year summer, my brother was too lazy to clean his car so I took a vacuum and offered to clean my brother's car. Word spread that I was cleaning cars, I began receiving requests from his friends and eventually got my own car to travel to clients' homes. I never considered it a business until someone asked for my business card. I then went to Staples to create some cards, and from there, my business was born.

Q: What was the toughest thing you went through when opening?

The toughest thing I’ve had to go through was not having the luxury of money to get the best equipment. I had to make the best of what I had. There have been times when I wanted to quit because I didn't have the right equipment, but I know that I can’t do a bad job because the customer always comes first. 

Q. Why should I customer choose you over other detailers?

I offer fair prices and excellent customer service, which is a huge factor in my success. I always go above and beyond for my customers, which is why I've had a 79% return rate in the 1.5 years I've been open. I always try to fix any issues a customer has, even if it means going back and fixing a glare they see. When someone says the detail is good, I always make sure to ask how I can make it awesome! I also love seeing the satisfaction on my customers' faces when they see their clean car. It's a great feeling to know that I made their day a little bit better. I’m also an advocate for supporting small businesses, so giving me a chance would mean supporting the underdog!
