Q. How did you start your business and what inspired you to do so?

I’ve been fixing things for over 35 years and decided to go to school for mechanical and manufacturing engineering. I was displaced from an aerospace company during the pandemic and felt the need to reinvent myself. I started helping my neighbor who wanted to sell his house and realized I could make a business through word of mouth. I enjoy helping people and not just collecting a check, and I love hearing their stories and getting into their lives. I also participate in Repair Cafe, which helps keep things out of landfills and teaches people how to fix things themselves.

​​Q. What makes you stand out from other repair services and why should people choose you?

I aim to provide more than just a repair service, but a therapy experience that brings relief to my customers. I enjoy the challenge of fixing anything that comes my way and I make sure to follow up with my clients to ensure their satisfaction. I take pride in the fact that I haven't come across anything I haven't been able to fix.
