Our ideal client is a company in the Hartford County area with approximately 25 to 50 users. While we serve clients throughout Connecticut, proximity is important because it allows us to provide in-person support for physical problems or installations. We find that firms with this user range tend to understand the importance of cybersecurity and prioritize it within their operations.
Q: How do you convince someone of the need for cybersecurity?
To emphasize the importance of cybersecurity, we offer a comprehensive cyber risk assessment before onboarding a new client. This assessment allows us to conduct a thorough evaluation of their IT environment, similar to a visit to the doctor. We identify any security gaps, assess the current state of their cybersecurity, and determine if there have been any breaches.
